Accommodation is situated on the first floor and consists of 8 rooms including a family suite with 3 single beds and an apartment. There are 4 bathrooms, 7 rooms are equipped with a queen size bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, T.V, fridge and tea/coffee facilities. There is also a large lounge room and a games room on the first floor and of course access to the balcony where you can sit to watch the sunrise and/or the sunset. A fully cooked breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor.
Lunches and Evening meals are also available for guests.
Your Hosts
Your Hosts Benno and Carmel are the new owners of The Vale. Carmel was born in Charlton and lived here for 17 years before moving to Melbourne, met and married Benno and raised 2 children. They decided to return to Charlton to be closer to family and enjoy the country life.
